At PawSoothe, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy for UK customers.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original, unused condition (unless faulty)
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) required

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault within 30 days, or is not what you ordered, we will offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How to Return

2. Tell us the reason for your return
3. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
4. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear after we confirm it has been processed.

Your Statutory Rights
